We collect applicant contact and authority information, organization identity, public-record identifiers, program and financial answers, attestations, uploaded evidence, workflow events, and applicant communications.
Information is used to preserve a secure draft, compare claims with lawful sources, request clarification, support human approval decisions, prepare an approved public profile, prevent abuse, and maintain an attributable audit history.
Applications and uploaded files remain private to authorized review functions. Only approved public-profile information is published, and material legal or donation-destination changes require renewed human verification.
Do not submit card numbers, security codes, bank logins, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, beneficiary files, or unredacted medical records. Donations and purchases use separate hosted processors.
Faith Walk Alliance uses encrypted connections, access controls, anti-bot checks, private file storage, and audit events. Records are retained as needed for review, correction, compliance, fraud prevention, and organizational accountability; the final retention schedule requires board and professional approval before public launch.
